semalam aku g q/bay...sbb konon2 nak tgk Jcard day tu lah...tapi sebelom tu haruslah aku g melantak dlu kan..klu dah kebulur,aku tak nmpk lain kecuali makanan...
dah selamat melantak chicken rice shop...aku jejalan la.nak kasih nasik turun.gila sengkak kaw...sumbat selagi ada ruang...tak kasik chance punya la..
ok, aku berhenti kat body shop sbb tgk macam besh sales nya..aku nmpk sales body shower tapi ntah tetiba kaki aku p melekap kat bhgn makeup..owh, mak suka makeup nyah..tapi end of the day,aku bantai bedak ngan lipstik je..muka macam selebet pon aku pedulik hapa..muhahahah
ok sambung..dah tu aku nmpk la new arrival of this kind pf product..menatang apa ntah die panggil..macam sparkles kilat2 tu..tapi bentuk macam perfume..ko picit2 tmpt macam buntu tebuan tu, nnt kuar la kilat2 tu..masalahnya aku mana tau korang g tutup lid die...remark kata "open me first" ka, "ask for our assitance before open" ke, semua takdak..
what do u expect??..semua customer ko cerdik pandai tau benda tu kena bukak lid dlu?..klu cust tu mangkuk hayun macam aku?...
fine la aku picit2 tak kuar, dtg la si staff ni,apa ntah nama die fenny, genny....apa2 jela, bgtau aku "u should open the lid first"...owwhh, baru aku tau...aku pon bukak la...sekali kawwwww, berterabur semua kilat2 tu aku kerjakan..yerlah dah awal2 aku picit2 kan, sekali bukak..hambekkk..ko sila kemas tmpt ko....
terkejut aku, aku pggl si staff tu...ngan muka macam taiknya die cakap with very not pleasure tone "u should open the lid firrrrrsssttttttttt"...ok, aku terdiam sbb mmg salah aku..aku tak tau la benda tu ada penutup sbb penutup die rapat ke lubang...tak nmpk macam ada penutup...
boleh staff tu terus blah nak bersihkan the bottle la..heeeelooooooooo, tangan aku penuh ngan benda kilat2 tu, can anyone show me where i can wash my hands????....
aku nmpk sinki, aku terus basuh, staff tu ada lg..aku said sorry, die terus blah ok!!!! bahabi tak???

abih tu, aku terdiam aku duduk sekejap kat citu, aku blah...malu yes, aku mmg malu...satu aku wat salah la...and satu lagi i really don't expect that kind of service...man, i am ur customer, u should advice nicely la..bengap!
oklah, aku masuk jusco tapi pala otak aku still thinking about the incident...sakit ati jgn kata la..aku tak puas ati aku turun bwh lagik..g balik body shop, straight to counter "where is ur manager??..i nak cakap ngan die"..ok,muka staff tu dah cuak aku tgkk...ni staff lain,not that jerk fenny or whatever the name is...
aku jmpa manager tu aku terus sound setepek..aku tak marah, tapi tone aku leh tahan la...aku senyum tapi ko hadap la aku punya peluru non stop tu..
manager tny,die kata apa?..aku explain die tak marah, but the way she talked and then suddenly walked away buat aku marah...
aku cakap kat manager tu "tak boleh ke u open the lid".."owh, tak boleh nnt lg teruk.tapi mmg byk cust jadik macam tu.dorang tak tau kata kena bukak lid and suddenly the things blew out"...
"owh, then u should put any remark,notification on it supaya org tahu"...manager angguk2 je la...
aku tny lagi "mana staff tu,die g makan eh?"..manager muka dah lain..."yes die g makan"..bgs, then i don have to see her pathetic face...*erk, aku kata dalam ati je la*
manager say sorry on her behalf *yet,i don wish for their sorry pon, aku nak bgtau that is not the way to treat ur cust*
after that aku beli few things..yg beshnya tetiba je staff kat citu semuanya pandai senyum...
masa aku shopping2 tu, si fenny tu masuk..mmg muka die macam kena strok!!!..no smile at all...kot ye pon ur not in the mood to work, TAKE A LEAVE!!!!!...
jgn keje, wat cust ko sakit ati je...
dah la nama body shop..she ruined ur brand image la weh!!!
p/s: laki aku diam je masa aku tgh bebel kat manager die..cuma say few words tlg backup aku..die cakap "dah agak dah nak kena serang depa tu"..they deserve it honey!
