aku memang dah bengang tahap melampau ngan cosway ni..
aku beli water filter HEXAGON depa tuh..dah aku beli water filter macam haram berbau tanah plak..
fine, aku p antar kat Cosway kat Bandar Sri Penang, Penang...D&C marketing apa jadah ntah...
first time antar, depa kata kena servis sbb ceramic filter dah kotor,satu ari pastu aku amik balik.depa kata dah ok..still aku bau tanah jgk tapi sedikit kurang la...
takpe..aku kasik chance...2minggu after that still lagi bau tanah, aku tak puas ati....
aku antar balik...aku cakap bau tanah, please do something...depa pon okeh okeh..nnt kita email & tepon cosway tnya la..
2 weeks later..menatang tu tersadai lagi kat kedai depa...aku dah start berapi dah ni..dah la MR.xxx tauke depa layan kitaorg macam cibai..hambek,aku mmg tak puas ati lama dah ni...apa sakai sgt ka kaum melayu?..klu tak pasal melayu ni, dah lama bisnes korang lingkup sbb most of the buyers come form melayu dude!..keep that in mind!
pas aku tgk kat kedai die masih lagik tersadai, nxt day aku kol tuan kedai...
aku: "helo, hi i ada hantar my water filter the other day.what's the progress?"
tauke: "huh, apa"
aku: mmg cari nahas...."i tny water filter i apa citer"..masa ni suara aku dah tinggi dah..
tauke: "owh itu.kitaorg sudah email.nnt person in charge die akan update lor.u tau sapa person in charge die?"
aku: "person in charge??..mana i tau!" lahabau....engko yg kol, ngko la patut tahu..bukan aku yg kol...
masa ni mmber dah nak letak tepon sbb ramai sgt customer gamaknya...
fine!!...aku no hal...
arini aku pass number kat laki aku ...suruh die kol..aku cakap kat laki aku make sure depa do something and arini jgk aku nak dengar status water filter aku..laki aku siap complaint kat customer service pasal kedai mangkuk ni...baguss!!!
klu arini aku tak dengar jugak2 status water filter aku tu...ko dapat la email bangkai dari aku..
sama la kes OSIM tu...antar u squeeze warm berbulan2..lgsg tak dengar citer..dok cakap dah siap tapi tak leh release sbb takde receipt apa jadah ntah..
fine,aku g antar receipt kali kedua sbb i guess u all dah ilangkan..dah dapat semua tu, janji ngan aku nak antar on thursday.aku tunggu sampai isnin pon takde apa2 lagi...
waaahh..korang melampau...aku email ke OSIM....bg ayat macam bgs ckit tu kan..plus laki aku kol customer service bantai ckup2...

i sent my e-squeeze warm machine for repair since the machine got problem which i sent it LAST YEAR.
but until now i still didn't received any feedback regarding the machine.last time i step into OSIM, the person in charge said the machine was ready for delivery on 3rd MAC 2011. Unfortunately, i still didn't received the machine safely into my hand.
what make me so disappointed is,the machine is successfully FIXED but it yet still not been released into my hand. i already gave EVERY SINGLE thing you needed for released. still i haven't received it yet.
I don't expect this kind of service from a BIG and ESTABLISHED company like OSIM. The after sales service suppose to be beyond my expectations not below than that!

korang jgn byk bunyik la..."bnda kecik, sabar la", "apa ni kepoh2 benda water filter je pon"....
korang tak kena lagi kan..tunggu korang kena layan macam sakai oleh kaum2 "ini" yg layan korang macam kaum melayu yg sangat bangkai, korang tau la apa rasanya...
